These Terms of sale govern the purchase contracts concluded remotely through the gresio.it website.

2. Products and prices
We sell porcelain stoneware and tiles, mainly by the square metre. Quantities are converted into whole boxes: the calculator on the product page shows the number of boxes needed, waste included.
- Prices are stated in euros, VAT included.
- Shipping costs are indicated separately and calculated based on the delivery area (see the Shipping costs page).
- Product images are indicative; for colour and surface the technical data sheets and samples are authoritative.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price stated at the time of the order applies.
3. Order
The order is finalised by submitting it through the site and our email confirmation. Before submitting you can review and correct the contents of your cart. Placing the order implies acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right not to accept incomplete, suspicious or incorrect orders, giving notice of this.
4. Payment
The accepted payment methods are: credit and debit card, PayPal, bank transfer. Card and PayPal payments are handled through secure providers; Gresio does not store full card details. For bank transfer payments, the order is processed on receipt of the credit.
5. Delivery
- The goods leave our warehouse and are delivered on pallets by courier.
- Delivery is provided kerbside (roadside / entrance), unless additional services are agreed.
- Delivery times are indicative and communicated when ordering.
- On receipt you must check the goods and, in case of visible damage, sign with reservation: see the Damage and returns page.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code. The methods, conditions and exceptions (including the exclusion of cut or made-to-measure products) are described on the Damage and returns page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code: products are guaranteed against conformity defects that appear within the terms set by law from delivery. To enforce the guarantee, contact us at info@gresio.it stating the order number and the defect found.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer customers, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile has exclusive jurisdiction. For dealings with professional (B2B) customers, the Court of Salerno has exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
For any complaint write to info@gresio.it. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
