Published rates, no surprises at checkout
The goods travel on pallets, unloaded with a hydraulic tail lift at street level, with a phone call before delivery. Below are the rates we actually charge: your basket works out the exact amount for your destination before you pay.

Prices per pallet including VAT. Departures run Monday to Friday, Tuesdays and Fridays for Spain; delivery normally takes 7-12 working days, indicative times because the goods travel as groupage. We confirm the expected date together with your order.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not covered by these rates: they are outside the European customs union and require customs formalities. Write to us and we will prepare a dedicated quote.
How delivery works
01 — Dispatch
Strapped, trackable palletThe boxes leave our warehouse on a strapped pallet. We email you the shipment references so you can follow it.
02 — Advance notice
The courier phones youThe phone call is compulsory for deliveries to private addresses: it is used to agree the day and adds 24 hours to the timescale.
03 — Delivery
At street level, with a tail liftThe lorry unloads with a hydraulic tail lift at street level. Carrying the goods indoors or upstairs is not included: arrange for someone to help you.
04 — Inspection
Check the goods and sign subject to inspectionCheck the pallet in front of the courier: if anything is broken, sign subject to inspection and send us photos within 3 days, and we replace the material.
Samples
The sample before the order
A sample costs 5,00 € and does not travel on a pallet. If the order contains samples only, shipping is by express courier at 6,90 €. Once the order is complete you receive a voucher equal to the amount spent on samples: it is valid for 6 months and you use it on your tile order.
How to order samplesDamage and returns
If something arrives broken
Sign the courier's delivery note subject to inspection and send us photos of the pallet and the boxes within 3 days: we replace the damaged material. You also have 14 days to return undamaged material.
